Delivery Policy

Delivery Areas

Heidi’s Dried Fruit and Nuts currently delivers within the greater Durban area, Pietermaritzburg, and Greytown.

  • Minimum order value for free local delivery: R500.00
  • Orders below R500.00 do not qualify for delivery.

For deliveries outside our standard delivery areas, courier services can be arranged at an additional cost. Please confirm courier charges with us before making payment.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 working days, depending on your location and order volume.

Tracking Orders

A tracking number can be provided on request once your order has been dispatched.

Missed Deliveries

Please ensure that someone is available to receive your order at the delivery address provided. If delivery cannot be completed, the courier may attempt delivery again or return the parcel. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.


Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your order, eligible items may be returned for a refund or replacement.

Return Period

Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or refund, products must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in their original packaging
  • Include all original tags and labels

Products that have expired after delivery due to storage conditions or delayed use will not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Once verified, a full refund or replacement will be arranged, including any applicable return shipping costs.


Delivery Responsibility

Although customer communication may be facilitated through the Heidi’s Dried Fruit and Nuts online platform, the Seller remains fully responsible for all matters relating to the shipment, delivery, and return of products.

The Seller agrees to indemnify and hold Heidi’s Dried Fruit and Nuts harmless against any third-party claims arising from:

  • The shipment or delivery of products to customers; and/or
  • The return of products by customers to the Seller.
